All FEC Parent Educators are trained in Adlerian Theory and how it relates to parenting and raising resilient, responsible children. Parent Educators facilitate courses, workshops and meet-ups across Peel. They are equipped to present practical strategies and guidance to parents, will help families communicate, apply kind and firm discipline, and respect for all members in their households.
FEC’s parent-to-parent approach is unique and offers a safe environment for parents to learn and explore their parenting journey together, while learning tips and tools for effective parenting from a trained Parent Educator.
